🚴♀️ To start a ride, nothing could be simpler: At the station you need to scan the QR code of the last parked bike (opposite the pay station) to start the ride and press the left brake to release it. More information -> Start my trip
🚨It is forbidden to take a bike from the middle of the queue🚨
*20-minute waiting period between two trips longer than 3 minutes*
🏁 To complete your trip in physical station, connect your bike to the last parked bike using the magnets on your bike's handlebars and rear wheel.
🚧 Is the first bike not working? You can report it (if the bike has not yet been detected as broken down) in the app via "?". The app will suggest that you drop it off in the virtual maintenance area at the end of the station, so that you can pick up the next bike. More information -> My bike does not work or is discharged
We offer you to rent our bikes for the time of a trip, in the authorised zone indicated in blue, thanks to our mobile app that you can find on <PLAY STORE> and <APPLE STORE>
You can find our bikes at the various stations indicated by a circle on the app, present on the territory in the Bassin de Pompey.
💰A pre-authorization of an 25€ will be requested at the start of each trip and returned at the end. More information -> Supported means of payment
👤You can only rent 1 bike per trip with your Vélomoove account.
